Cabo Wabo Cantina (Strip)

Cabo Wabo Cantina, the rockin’ Strip-side cantina located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, offers two delicious dining deals that span from morning through evening. The day begins with the $9.99 Cabo Wabo Breakfast, available daily from 8 a.m. to noon, featuring three eggs, two pieces of bacon, two pieces of sausage and breakfast potatoes. 

On Tuesdays, Cabo Wabo turns up the energy with Taco Tuesday on the patio from 2 to 6 p.m., where guests can take in views of the Las Vegas Strip while enjoying $5 street-style tacos made to order at a dedicated taco cart. Chicken, steak and carnitas are grilled fresh and served on warm tortillas with customizable toppings including onions, cilantro, lime and house-made salsas. House margaritas are also priced at $5, along with a rotating selection of $5 tequila shots.

The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower (Strip)

The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower has introduced new late-night dining and entertainment offerings at View Lounge and CHĪ Asian Kitchen, expanding after-hours options with both DJ-driven nightlife and comfort-food specials.

• At View Lounge, late-night comfort food is available into the early morning hours, with service running from 11 a.m. to 3 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and midnight to 6 a.m. Friday and Saturday. The menu features approachable specials, including a $4.99 king-size cinnamon roll, a $6.99 double smashburger with fries (bacon available for $2), $8.99 carne asada fries and a $9.99 a 16-ounce bone-in ham steak and eggs platter with potato wedges.

• At CHĪ Asian Kitchen, the new “Dumplings After Dark” experience begins at 9 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, pairing live DJs and specialty cocktails with a late-night menu of shareable bites, each priced at $10. Highlights include pork and shrimp spicy Szechuan dumplings with garlic, chili crunch and scallions; pork belly bao buns with hoisin glaze; sweet and sour pork ribs; mini house fried rice; and mini Kung Pao chicken noodles, among other selections. The late-night menu is complemented by $10 cocktails such as the Heart of the Dragon with Tito's Handmade Vodka, Lillet Rosé, yuzu, cranberry wash and rose water; and Hibiki Highball with Hibiki Harmony Japanese whisky, lemon and sparkling water; along with $7 Sapporo sake bombs and $8.88 wines by the glass.

Arizona Charlie’s (Las Vegas)

Arizona Charlie’s Decatur and Boulder deliver a taste of classic Vegas value. At PT’s Express, a variety of daily deals start at $4.99, including a Nathan's all beef hot dog and Vienna beef corndog; and wings and tenders, priced from $7.99. Guests can sip on $2.50 domestic draft beers and $4 imported beers, plus $1 shots with any beer purchase, available day and night at bars throughout both casinos.

Park on Fremont (Downtown)

Park on Fremont makes it easy to eat well without overthinking it. Every Wednesday and Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m., “Gnome Hour” pairs a classic burger with a cold draft beer picked by the bartender for $15. A solid meal and a cold pint at a price that's hard to argue with, guests can also opt for unbeatable deals like $5 selected drafts, $7 wells and house wines and $9 handcrafted cocktails of the day. Whether catching up with friends or celebrating the end of the week, Park on Fremont transforms the typical Happy Hour into an experience guests will want to repeat.

Bel-Aire Lounge (Durango)

Monday just became a little less daunting with $5 martinis at Bel-Aire Lounge, the chic cocktail lounge located inside Durango Casino & Resort, available from 4 p.m. to midnight every Monday. The lineup features the classic dirty martini with Skyy Vodka, olive brine and dry vermouth; lemon drop martini with Skyy, triple sec, lemon juice and simple syrup; espresso martini with Skyy, espresso, Frangelico and simple syrup; Cosmopolitan with Skyy, triple sec, lime juice and cranberry juice; and a spicy jalapeño martini with Skyy, dry vermouth, lemon juice and jalapeño slices. 

For a mid-week pick-me-up, Bel-Aire Lounge is making it a little harder to stay home on Thursday nights with “A Tini Girl Dinner.” Starting at 4 p.m., the set menu pairs a crisp Caesar salad and a side of fries with a martini of the guest's choice, priced at $20, making it an ideal prelude to the lounge’s Ladies Night, which starts at 8 p.m.

Eureka! at El Cortez Hotel & Casino (Downtown)

Eureka! at El Cortez offers its ongoing “Hoppy Hour” Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. to midnight, with drink and food specials starting at $4. Guests can sip on $4 domestic beers or elevate their pairing with an $11 Beer & Buddy combo featuring a Miller High Life and a shot. Refreshing craft cocktails are available for $8.75, such as the Wild Child, made with vodka, watermelon, mint, lemon, aloe, rosé and finished with habanero salt; and the Spa Day margarita with Corazón Blanco Tequila, fresh lime, cucumber, triple sec, agave nectar and salted cucumber air foam. Guests can enjoy al pastor fish or blackened shrimp tacos for $4; truffle cheese fries, priced at $4.75, coated with truffle salt, parmesan, chives and a decadent white truffle cheese sauce; or Korean Beef Frachos, priced at $9, made with Sidewinder fries, topped with shaved ribeye, gochujang sauce, cilantro, pickled onion, American Swiss cheese, sesame seeds and Fresno chiles.

PT’s Taverns (Throughout Valley)

PT's Taverns serves one of the valley's most extensive happy hours with food and drink specials available twice daily from 5 to 7 p.m. and midnight to 2 a.m. Guests can get 50% off all drinks including wines by the glass, starting at $3.75; premium spirits including Jack Daniels, Jameson, Patrón and Casamigos, starting at $4; and pints of craft and import beers starting at $3. A variety of budget-friendly bites start at $4.99, with options including the fry lineup where guests can customize their fries with a variety of seasonings and sauces, priced starting at $4.99; a double smashburger with fries for $5.99; personal pepperoni pizzas for only $5.99; and carne asada cheese bites featuring crispy cheese curds filled with marinated beef and served with a side of pico de gallo and chipotle ranch, priced at $6.99. Outside of happy hour, prices increase by $1.99 per item. 

Borracha Mexican Cantina (Green Valley Ranch/Henderson)

On Wednesdays, Borracha Mexican Cantina at Green Valley Ranch, is pairing resort energy with approachable pricing throughout the week with $5 Espolòn margaritas, including classic, mango, spicy and strawberry variations. The deal builds on Borracha’s weekday happy hour, available Monday through Friday from 4 to 6 p.m., which features $9 handcrafted cocktails, margaritas and draft beers alongside $8 Mexican-inspired bites like carne asada sliders with marinated grilled skirt steak, pepper jack, chipotle aioli and shredded lettuce.

Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca (Green Valley Ranch/Henderson)

Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca at Green Valley Ranch pairs weekday happy hour pricing with a standout weekly martini special, making it a great option for guests looking for a polished but value-driven Italian option in Henderson. Happy hour, available Monday through Friday from 4 to 6 p.m., features $8 Italian-inspired bites including fresh caprese or Caesar salads, meatballs, crispy zucchini chips and wood-fired pizzettas, along with $9 wines and a lineup of $9 cocktails including Aperol spritzes and bellinis and well drinks. Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa in Summerlin invites guests to enjoy a weekday happy hour Monday through Thursday from 4 to 6 p.m., with an additional Monday-only martini deal that stretches the start of the week a little further. The weekday happy hour features $9 bites including roasted garlic hummus with naan, crispy cauliflower with Thai sweet chile glaze, apple and quinoa salad, oysters by the half-dozen and meatballs, alongside $8 well cocktails, draft beer and draft wine. Gatsby’s Cocktail Lounge (Strip)

Guests at Gatsby’s Cocktail Lounge inside Resorts World Las Vegas can set the tone for another week with Martini Monday. Available every Monday from 4 to 6 p.m., Gatsby’s features a menu of $5 martinis crafted with Tito’s Handmade Vodka, including an espresso martini, lemon drop martini, classic martini, dirty martini as well as the stylish cosmopolitan.

In addition to the Martini Mondays, Gatsby’s offers a daily happy hour from 4 to 6 p.m. with select cocktails priced at $12. Featured drinks include the rich Black Market Whiskey Old Fashioned, made with Black Market Rye, Demerara syrup, and orange and Angostura bitters; and the smoky Oaxaca Old Fashioned, crafted with reposado tequila, mezcal, agave syrup, and a blend of orange and chocolate bitters, garnished with an orange twist.
