Las Vegas Happy Hours

It's always happy in Las Vegas!

Yard House (on the Strip, Summerlin, Town Square)

Yard House offers a happy hour Monday through Friday from 3-6pm.  Happy Hour specials include 1/2 price pizzas, 1/2 price select appetizers, $2 off draft beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails, $3 off 9ox wines, and $4 off half yards.

Late-Night Happy Hour is available Sunday through Wednesday from 10pm - close.  $2 off draft beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails, $3 off 9ox wines, and $4 off half yards.

For those on the Strip, there is a Yard House located at the base of the High Roller ferris wheel at The Linq.  There is also a location in Town Square (at the north end of the Strip), and inside Red Rock Casino in Summerlin.

The Golden Tiki (Chinatown/Spring Mountain)

One of our favorite happy hours is available from 4-7pm daily at The Golden Tiki, an uber-cool tiki bar tucked away i in the middle of Chinatown.

Happy hour drink specials include $4 draft beer and $8 speciality cocktails.  Happy Hour food specials range from $4-$8.

Did you know that Las Vegas has an expansive Chinatown, located on Spring Mountain?  While not exactly walkable from the Strip, it's a short Uber or Lyft ride away.

Address:  3939 Spring Mountain Rd., Las Vegas NV 89102

Kid friendly?  no, you must be 21+ to enter

Senor Frog's (Treasure Island)

Senor Frogs -- the definitive Spring Break bar with locations  in tropical locations worldwide -- can be found in TI (Treasure Island).  For just $35, you can choose your own 1-Hour Happy Hour,  with unlimited well-house mixed drinks on the rocks and cocktails.

This special is only available during regular restaurant hours and is not not valid on Fridays and Saturdays after 7:30pm.

High Roller Observation Wheel (The Linq)

Definitely the most unusual Happy Hour in Vegas.  Board a High Roller cabin outfitted with an open bar and enjoy all-you-can-drink while the world passes you by.

Located at the center strip, The High Roller in Las Vegas is the world’s second-largest observation wheel (the Dubai Eye is #1).

With 28 transparent pods holding 40 passengers each, it stands 550 feet tall and is a true standout at The LINQ, an outdoor shopping, dining, and entertainment promenade owned by Caesars Entertainment.

A spin on the Wheel takes 30 minutes to complete a full revolution and offers incredible 360-degree sight lines of the Las Vegas valley and the Strip from its completely transparent passenger pods.

This is a one-of-a-kind cocktail experience where guests are treated to an Open Bar in their Happy Half Hour cabin aboard the High Roller Observation Wheel at the LINQ Las Vegas!

Your party in the sky features your bartender, and a fully-stocked bar, for one full 30-minute rotation of the wheel. Happy Half Hour cabins can accommodate up to 25 guests.

If the party hasn't ended after 30 minutes, move it  a few steps away to Yard House, which has its own Happy Hour from 3-6pm and 10-close.  The views aren't as good -- but the party must go on.

Kid Friendly?  No.  All guests in the Happy Half Hour cabins must be 21 or older.  (Although High Roller cabins without bars are entirely kid appropriate)

BRERA osteria (Grand Canal Shoppes/The Venetian)

Perhaps our favorite Happy Hour spot is under the fake skies of St. Mark's Square, which features its Italian-inspired Aperitivo Hour daily from 3-5pm.

During this time, enjoy half price cocktails, beer and wine by the glass.  Also, the pizzas -- among the best in town -- are half price. As a bonus - the chef sends out free bites with every drink purchase.  Score

At the always-overpriced Venetian Resort, this (and Rockhouse) are definitely the best value.
