The Summerlin Library and Performing Arts Center has been transformed into a professional stage for a powerful production of the Tony Award-winning musical Dear Evan Hansen.
Presented by Broadway Stage Collective, this modern classic offers a rare opportunity to see high-caliber theater in a unique, intimate setting right here in the local community.
The story follows seventeen-year-old Evan Hansen, a boy who has always felt invisible. Following a tragedy that shakes his community, Evan finds himself at the center of a story he didn't intend to create.
As he struggles to belong, his well-intentioned lies begin to unravel, forcing him to confront the true cost of his choices. With a score by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul and a book by Steven Levenson, the show delivers a poignant message that "You Will Be Found."
This production is the work of Broadway Stage Collective, a new company founded by the producers of How to Dance in Ohio. Their board consists of nationally recognized talent and local educators dedicated to bringing professional theater to Southern Nevada.
