We’ve all seen the menus at the celebrity-run steakhouses and fine-dining rooms in Las Vegas... the ones where a single side of potatoes can cost $20. But here is the secret: many of the world's most famous chefs have "hidden" quick-service spots where you can get their signature flavors for a fraction of the price.
At LASDiscounts.com, we love a high-low strategy. Save your money on lunch so you can splurge on a show later! Here is our guide to eating like a celebrity on a budget.
1. Gordon Ramsay’s Fish & Chips (The LINQ Promenade)
Gordon Ramsay has more restaurants in Vegas than almost anyone, but his Fish & Chips shop is a local legend for a reason.
The Vibe: High-energy, British-themed, and fast.
The Value: You can get a full basket of crispy, sustainable Alaskan Cod and "Dirty Fries" (topped with everything from bacon to truffle) for about $20–$25.
The "Secret" Sauce: They offer a variety of dipping sauces. Pro-tip from recent visitors: The Curry & Mango and Sriracha Aioli are the game-changers.
The Shake: Don't skip the Sticky Toffee Shake. It’s a liquid version of his most famous dessert at Hell’s Kitchen for a fraction of the price.
2. The "Cake Boss" Empire (Buddy Valastro)
Buddy Valastro has taken over the center Strip with several "fast-casual" concepts that offer more than just cannolis.
The Boss Café (The LINQ): This is a love letter to NJ/NY Italian delis. The star of the show is the Jersey Roast Beef Sandwich—tender beef topped with fresh "Mutz" (mozzarella) made right in front of you.
PizzaCake (Harrah’s): A NY-style pizzeria with a Vegas twist. You can grab a massive slice and then hit the Cake ATM—literally a vending machine that dispenses fresh slices of Carlo’s Bakery cake.
Buddy’s Jersey Eats (The LINQ): A boardwalk-inspired food truck located right by the LINQ entrance. Think "Jersey Rippers" (deep-fried hot dogs) and disco fries.
And don't forget his outpost of Carlo's Bakery at The Venetian!
3. Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay
If you want an Iron Chef-quality burger without the sit-down price tag, this is your spot.
Locations: Paris Las Vegas, Caesars Palace (Forum Food Hall), and Harrah’s.
The Signature Move: Always get your burger "Crunchified." Bobby Flay is famous for topping his burgers with a massive layer of crispy potato chips at no extra charge. It’s the ultimate texture upgrade.
Value Play: The Breakfast Burrito at the Paris location is one of the most filling "budget" breakfasts on the Strip.
4. Chicken Guy! by Guy Fieri
The Mayor of Flavortown brought his specialized chicken tender shop to the Strip, and it’s a sauce-lover's paradise.
Locations: Caesars Palace and the Fulton Street Food Hall at Harrah’s.
The Hook: They have 22 different signature sauces.
The Value: You can get a combo of hand-breaded tenders, fries, and a drink for significantly less than a standard sit-down meal. The tenders are brined in fresh lemon juice and buttermilk, making them some of the juiciest on the Boulevard.
5. Pronto by Giada (Caesars Palace)
Giada De Laurentiis has a stunning fine-dining restaurant at The Cromwell, but Pronto offers her California-Italian style in a walk-up format.
The Best Bite: Her Lemon Ricotta Cookies are world-famous and much cheaper here than at the sit-down restaurant.
Value Lunch: They offer gourmet paninis, fresh salads, and even a "Lobster Roll" with a Giada twist. It’s a great place to grab a healthy, upscale lunch to-go before heading to the pool.
LASDiscounts Quick Tips for Celebrity Dining:
Use Your Rewards Card: Most of these spots (Ramsay, Flay, Giada, Buddy V) are part of the Caesars Rewards network. Swipe your card to earn points or use your "Reward Credits" to pay for your meal.
Mobile Ordering: Spots like Bobby’s Burgers and Chicken Guy! often allow for mobile ordering through their apps, letting you skip the long lines during peak lunch hours.
Share the Sides: Celebrity "quick service" portions are often surprisingly large. Share a basket of Gordon Ramsay’s Dirty Fries or Guy Fieri’s Mac Daddy Mac 'n Cheese to keep the bill even lower.
