Meráki Greek Grill Opens Sixth Las Vegas Location in the Arts District

By Keith Salwoski | July 10, 2026

Welcome back to the LAS Discounts blog! As a Las Vegas local, I am always looking for amazing dining spots around town. Meráki Greek Grill is easily one of my favorite Vegas restaurants. They serve up incredibly fresh salads and delicious Greek specialties, so I am thrilled to share that they have officially opened a brand-new location right in the heart of the Arts District.

A Bright and Welcoming Space

Located at 1551 S. Commerce St., Suite 110, the new 3,300-square-foot restaurant accommodates up to 85 guests. It features the signature bright and inviting atmosphere that Meráki is known for, drawing inspiration from the warm spirit of Greece.

This Arts District spot marks the brand’s sixth Las Vegas location. Fans in Henderson will also be excited to know that a seventh restaurant is slated to open on St. Rose Parkway by mid-July.

Fresh Flavors and Beloved Traditions

Founded by Jerry Goumroian, Meráki Greek Grill has quickly become one of the fastest-growing restaurant brands in the Southwest, even earning top honors in the Las Vegas Review-Journal’s Best of Las Vegas awards and Yelp’s Top 100 Restaurants in America. The name “Meráki” embodies the Greek tradition of putting love, passion, and soul into everything you do, a philosophy that truly shapes every dish and guest experience.

The menu highlights vibrant herbs, citrus, olive oil, and bold seasonings. Here is what you can look forward to trying:

  • Fan Favorites: Signature bowls, spreads, wraps, avgolemono soup, and the popular Gyro Meráki.

  • Kalamakia: Traditional Greek skewers of marinated meats that are flame-grilled and finished with lemon, olive oil, and oregano.

  • New Menu Offerings: Lightly fried Taverna Cheese served with hot honey, Greektown Donuts with Nutella, and Meráki Frozen Greek Yogurt.

If you try the frozen yogurt, it comes in four incredible flavors: baklava with honey, olive oil with sea salt, chocolate sauce with chocolate flakes, and Biscoff cookie with caramel.
