Veterans Day Freebies in Las Vegas: 4 Freebies Worth the Trip (Nov 11)

Veterans Day falls on Wednesday, November 11 this year, and Las Vegas treats its veterans well. Between the national chains running their annual free-meal deals and two Vegas-only offers, a veteran (and in one case, a guest) can eat and play free all day. Bring proof of service — a military ID, VA card, DD-214, or a driver's license with a veteran designation — and confirm participation with your specific location before you go, since chain offers run at participating locations.

Golden Corral: Free Dinner Buffet, 4pm to Close

Golden Corral's Military Appreciation Night is the classic Veterans Day deal: a free thank-you

buffet and beverage for anyone who has served, including retirees, National Guard and

Reserves, on November 11 from 4pm until close, dine-in only. Accompanying guests pay regular prices, so this one is the veteran's plate, not the table's.

Red Robin: Free Tavern Burger and Bottomless Fries

Red Robin's 2026 offer is a free Red's Big Tavern Burger with Bottomless Steak Fries for veterans and active-duty military with proof of service, dine-in only at participating restaurants on November 11. No purchase necessary; modifications, tax and gratuity are extra. It's the simplest deal on this list — walk in, show ID, eat a burger.

South Point Garden Buffet: Free Buffet for TWO

This is the Vegas-only standout. South Point's Garden Buffet salutes active-duty military

members and veterans plus a guest with a free buffet for two on November 11, from 7am to

9pm. It's the only offer here that feeds your plus-one free, which makes it the best pick if you're celebrating as a couple. South Point sits at 9777 Las Vegas Blvd S — a straight shot down the south Strip, and well worth the drive for a free meal for two.

Circus Circus Adventuredome: Free Wristbands, Nov 8–11

Circus Circus honors veterans and active-duty service members with free Adventuredome

wristbands from November 8 through Veterans Day, with 50% off wristbands for their families. The Adventuredome is the five-acre indoor theme park under the pink dome at Circus Circus, and all-day wristbands normally run around $60 for adults — so a free one for the veteran plus half-price for the family is a serious day out for very little money. Bonus: Circus Circus still has free self-parking, a rarity on the Strip.

One More Worth Knowing

In-N-Out Burger is also on the 2026 free-meal lists: a free burger, fries and drink plus a Veterans Day decal for current and former service members with proof of service on November 11. If the sit-down spots are packed, it's a fast, free fallback.

Your Game Plan

  • Stack the day. Hit South Point's buffet for two in the morning, then the Adventuredome in

the afternoon — both are south/north Strip bookends, so plan the drive.

  • Bring the ID, skip the argument. Every offer here requires proof of service. The driver's

license veteran designation is the easiest version to carry.

  • Tip your server. A free meal doesn't mean free service — the staff working a holiday rush

    earns the tip.

  • Call ahead. Chain offers are "participating locations." A 30-second call saves a wasted trip.

  • Include the Parade. Las Vegas features the largest Veterans Day Parade this side of the Mississippi.

Four freebies, one day, zero dollars out of pocket for the veteran — and at South Point and

Circus Circus, the family eats and plays cheap too. That's a Veterans Day done right.
